Our psychologist fees

Crossroads is linked with Medicare online and we are able to submit patient claims directly to Medicare under the following Medicare initiatives. NDIS funding may be used for our support services and psychological therapy.

Eating Disorder Treatment & Management Plan (EDTP)

Under an EDTP you may be eligible for up to 40 Medicare rebated sessions. A GP can assess your eligibility and create an EDTP, which is valid for 12 months with regular reviews after every 10 psychology sessions.

Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP)

Medicare rebates, ranging from $93.35 to $137.05, are available for up to 10 individual consultations annually with a registered psychologist. A Mental Health Treatment Plan is available for the treatment of a range of mental health concerns. This can be obtained from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician. When scheduling your doctor’s appointment we would recommend booking a double appointment to ensure time for this assessment. During this consultation your doctor will assess your eligibility to access this plan, which can then be used with one of our psychologists at Crossroads.

Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP)

Individuals with chronic medical conditions may be eligible for rebates for up to 5 consultations per calendar year assessed and recommended by a GP.

Private Health Funds

Rebates may apply through private health insurers' 'Extras' schemes. Note that Medicare and private health insurance cannot be used for the same consultation.

NDIS Services

We cater to individuals registered with NDIS who self-manage their funding, providing services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme, including Capacity Building and Therapeutic Support by our psychologists and support workers.

Full payment is due on the session day via Stripe, a secure online payment method.

At Crossroads, we do not offer bulk billing.
